Wow! Delicious! Don't want to do without it anymore!

I ordered 2 Lamacun as normal without cheese .. because I don't like Donner and can't stand the cheese. And I had to bring the food with me to service and eat on service. Here's the surprise .. they were 2 lamacun with THUNDER and CHEESE !! However .. I threw the food away and ordered it from the other restaurant. I don't know if the man on the phone is even listening to us or not!

This restaurant is awesome. I had a business lunch there and absolutely loved the food, this place is a must.

Good atmosphere, clean restaurant, the prices are reasonable, friendly staff but I did not really like the service as it's a little bit slow . I was a little bit shocked when the waiter took the salt and pepper out of my table to give it to another one

It was OK! I liked the food. Unfortunately, there are neither sauces nor salt and pepper with the main course. This was requested again, but unfortunately still nothing came after a long time. Asked again ... For a dessert, we need a card, which has also been requested twice because no one responds. Warm drinks are always served piece by piece, even though you order together. In itself a very nice shop, nice atmosphere, but the staff are very inattentive and a bit chaotic. It has to be worked on, because I don't go out to eat somewhere to "chase" my food

Good food, good service, good staff. Everything fitted. Only it was loud and a bit crowded on the weekend. Nevertheless, the shop deserves 5 stars!

After the third visit, we can now conscientiously pass judgment. The reception failed twice. The front desk is disoriented and served guests who came after us. We were only noticed after a notice announced with an apology. But now the lady began a discussion with us about how we should be recognized please. She seems to fail to recognize that we are guests and not the operators of this establishment. This fact was of course very uncomfortable. Now to the food. We tried almost all of the dishes. As a greeting to a kebab dish, meze is served as usual, unfortunately without a side plate and that during Corona time. When asked which guest was allowed to help themselves, the simple reply was: “That's how we always do it!” The meze plate was served back. Ergo: dry kebab is offered here, neither dip nor other sauces for the main course. The kebab is a standard minced meat kebab made from veal. Ceramic pieces from damaged dishes appeared in one of the salad plates, luckily these didn't cause any great damage as we were very careful when dining. In fairness, amends was offered. Here the bill was waived. As dessert we should get Künefe with ice cream (see invoice), unfortunately Künefe came without ice, instead with pistachio powder on it. After a request, the ice cream came, but so much time had passed that the Künefe was no longer warm and was therefore inedible. The ice was rock hard again. The dessert was a disaster

Visited the SULTAN restaurant in Alsdorf for the first time today on 10.10.20 after a few recommendations. The parking lot in front is quite large, so that you don't have any problems driving there. The entrance is very inviting, everything looks very new and classy. Hygiene measures are also taken care of, and disinfectants can be found at the entrance. After entering the shop, we were greeted immediately and assigned a table. I ordered the mixed grill plate with rice and french fries, after not too long everything was served. The meat and the side dishes were very warm and fresh, the kebab meat was tender and the cross the lamb and chicken meat were just as tender. For dessert I chose a Künefe, it was damn tasty! All in all, I can highly recommend the shop and will visit it a few more times and I'm looking forward to it!

Bad behaviour of manager, but it's a nice restaurant.

It was my first time there and found it incredibly loud and crowded. Fortunately we had reservations. Without a reservation you had to wait a long time. But after eating, I knew why everyone wanted to eat there. It was just delicious 😋, the portion very generous, the staff very attentive. Keep it up!

We went to this restaurant for dinner tonight. Once again it was delicious. With starter main course and dessert. Unfortunately, a couple of our glasses were cracked. Therefore one star less.

Nobody kept the mask requirement ... the staff did but many customers came and went without a mask and nobody was advised to wear them. We have also not received a form to record our contact details. Despite without a reservation, on a Saturday evening, we kindly got a table. The food was delicious too.

Food very tasty. Restaurant facilities unbeatable! Only the customer service is very weak. Does not go with what is otherwise on offer. Hence 2 star deduction

Sunday 5 p.m., full house. Get assigned a flourish and wait 15 minutes for the card. After ordering, the starter comes with the meal. In the middle two drinks are ordered, another 10 minutes pass. Price / performance ratio completely ok, staff unfortunately partly inexperienced and overwhelmed

I had a shard in my black tea. First thought it was rock sugar. But when it didn't go away I found it was glass. After calling the waitress I was told they were very sorry, but could also be plastic. But nothing happened. There was no reasonable apology or attempt to make amends. Since I was not alone, there were many witnesses. We were all very confused about paying as well. We had the info from the waiter Tea is included. That this only applies to black tea and not to peppermint tea was not mentioned in the order. So the mint tea had to be paid extra. The food at the buffet was very good and varied.

Was there for the first time today. We liked it very much. Nice friendly staff. Very tasty food and large portions. I can recommend it. We will be back definitely.

The food is prepared quickly and freshly, it also tastes damn delicious, the portions are more than enough, the staff is friendly and attentive. I can't say anything negative about the prices, just great. There is enough parking space outside and enough tables in the restaurant. We always like to go there.

The ambience was nice. It took an extremely long time to get the 4 doner kebabs and then one and a drink were also missing. The food was plentiful and quite good. Unfortunately not so good now that I would come again while waiting. The staff was overwhelmed but friendly and a drink was on the house in the end, which I found good.

Lacking vegetarian options

Visited many times, Donner was a little dry and it must be frozen like many donner shops, the quantity is very nice, and the qualiy of the food was also good and less greasy
